At THICC Slice, we’re all about big bakes, bold flavours, and buns that mean business. Based in Manchester, we specialise in supplying cafés and venues with chunky cinnamon buns, soft loaf cakes, and gooey goodies — always fresh, always indulgent, with plenty of vegan-friendly options.
Our Story
THICC Slice was born from a simple idea: big bakes make people happy. What started as a kitchen experiment between two food-obsessed partners turned into a full-time passion for creating the softest, gooiest, most indulgent buns in Manchester.
We’re Pawel and Jurijs — a couple in life and in business — with years of hands-on experience in hospitality. Pawel has spent the last few years running busy cafés and restaurants, while Jurijs brings over 15 years of expertise as a head chef. Together, we’ve poured our skills (and a fair bit of flour) into building a bakery that focuses on quality, creativity, and unapologetically thicc bakes.
Fed up with bland treats and tiny portions, we launched THICC Slice as a wholesale-only bakery to deliver properly indulgent cinnamon buns, loaf cakes, and gooey bakes to cafés and venues across Manchester. We’re proud to stay small, independent, and slightly unhinged when it comes to flavour.
